POLICIES REGARDING SALES, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

In welcoming you to the MW Bodywear experience, we’d like to make you aware of some important terms of service before taking advantage of our online portal. Once you have accessed/used the website to order our products (what we collective call the “Platform”) via a computer, mobile phone, tablet, console or other handheld (or other) device, it is immediately understood that you have read and agree to these Terms of Sale and any other applicable law. 

First and foremost: MW Bodywear owns and operates this website. In visiting and accessing the resources, information and products we offer, you effectively understand, agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (from here on in referred to as the “User Agreement”), in addition to the terms and conditions as detailed in our Privacy Policy (please refer to this section below for more information). 

It is our right to change this User Agreement when we deem it appropriate without notice. You acknowledge and concur that it is in fact your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to learn of any changes/modifications. Continued use of this site on your behalf after such changes/modifications will indicate acknowledgement and agreement of the changed/modified terms and conditions. 

POLICIES REGARDING PAYMENT 

PayPal and STRIPE Credit/Debit Cards is our online method of payment we currently accept. 

Important to Note: It is imperative that you ensure your billing address that’s on file with your banking institution matches the billing address provided. No cash or personal checks are accepted. Furthermore, MW Bodywear is not responsible – in any way – for any overdraft fees or other bank charges possibly incurred as a result of your purchase of one of our products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep all records of purchase(s) should they be required in the future. Should any personal information pertaining to fulfilling your order change after the time your order was placed (including shipping address, billing address or phone number), it is your responsibility to contact us with updated information. You may also be subject to a return shipment fee should your order be returned to us due to incorrect shipping information. 

Secondarily: You agree that no action will be taken nor will any posts be made with regard to anything exposing MW Bodywear or its users to any harm or liability of any type. We reserve the right – at our sole discretion – to remove any content that we feel does not comply with this User Agreement, in addition to any content we deem otherwise offensive, harmful, objectionable, inaccurate or which violates any trademarks or copyrights. What’s more, we are not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content – if you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal while consenting to waive any claim against MW Bodywear

International Orders 

MW Bodywear proudly offers international shipping options to countries not limited by international sanctions, with all orders dispatched from our distribution and logistics centre in Poland, EU. Your purchase will be shown in the EURO format, including shipping charges; it is important to note that MW Bodywear is in no way responsible for any additional import charges, taxes, duties or customs fees incurred on your shipment upon receipt of your package in your home country. These fees vary by country, so it is important that you consult your local tax and customs authorities for additional information. 

Refund Policy 

All refunds issued will be in the amount of the product’s cost only, with shipping and handling costs or any additional surcharges for shipping non-refundable/non-exchangeable. New shipping and handling charges will be applied to your second order, as applicable, should you choose to return your order for an exchange. See full Refunds Policy here

Defective/Wrong Item Received Terms 

It is your responsibility to contact us within seven (7) days of delivery should you receive a defective or incorrect item. If we are contacted after the seven-day period regarding such a received item, you will not be granted a complimentary replacement. 

Shipping/Delivery Terms 

Deliveries originate in Poland, and while we always strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, we ask our customers to allow up to 10 days (though orders to Europe may be delivered within five days). If you have not received your order after 10 days, you can contact our Customer Service Team to launch an inquiry. 

MW Bodywear reserves the right to use any shipping method at our disposal, though we try to adhere to your chosen method. A shipping and handling fee will be applied

MW Bodywear can take no responsibility for uncollected and returned items, for which no refunds can be made.
