Our Return Policy – General
Returns will be accepted for a refund or exchange via original method of payment on unused/unworn items returned in original packaging with original tags unattached within 14 days of purchase. However, the underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
All shipping costs are Purchaser’s responsibility; any item returned that is deemed “used” without original packaging and original tags/branding attached will be returned to the Customer at the Customer’s expense upon payment of return shipping charges by Customer (or item will be disposed of and Customer will not be allowed replacement, exchange or refund).
Our Return Policy – Refunds
Any refunds issued are to be in the amount of the cost of the product only. Shipping and handling costs or any additional surcharges for shipping are considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable; should you choose to return your order for an exchange, new shipping and handling charges will be applied to your second order as applicable.
Our Return Policy – Defective/Incorrect Item Received
Should a defective or incorrect item be received, it is the Customer’s responsibility to contact us within seven (7) days of delivery; if not, the Customer will not be eligible for a replacement. Once a return is received and inspected, no more than five (5) business days will be necessary for a refund to be processed and credited via the original payment method.

Please note that we use a distribution centre located in Poland. If you wish to return or exchange your item, you should return it for inspection and verification to our Head Office in Gran Canaria, Spain. Items returned to Poland will not be accepted for exchange or refund. Please also contact us prior to return via our contact page.
